Strawberry Steel was forged from Bourbon & Kent coffee beans, grown in clay mineral soil between 1200-1900 Meters in the Mbeya Area of Tanzania. Grown by small cooperative farmers and fully washed and dried on raised beds. Strawberry Steel is a medium-light roast with hints of strawberry, pear, flowers, and jasmine.
